Improving Partnerships and Enhancing Research: FunGlass Explores Best Practices at the University of Padua
As part of our ongoing staff training program within the FunGlass project, Monika Šandrejová from the European project office at FunGlass Centre visited at the end of September the University of Padua. The visit aimed to explore the “best practices” of this esteemed partner institution. Key topics of discussion included grant services, project management, and an evaluation of the long-term training experiences of our researchers and PhD students in Padua. We also explored opportunities for future collaboration, including EIC Pathfinder, MSCA DN, and Hop-on initiatives. Prof. Enrico Bernardo coordinated the program of the visit. During her stay, Monika also reviewed the progress of Dr. Paolo Scanferla and PhD. student Avnee Chauhan, who are currently engaged in long-term training at the University.
We look forward to implementing the insights gained from this visit to enhance our training initiatives!
