We would like to thank Prof. A. Boccaccini, Head of the Institute of Biomaterials (FAU Erlangen-Nurnberg, Germany), who organized an interesting online lecture, which FunGlass scientists and students could participate in. The lecture was presented by Dr. Daniela Carta (University of Surrey, UK) on 9th December and was focused on the topic of “Phosphate-based glasses prepared via in solution methods for biomedical applications“.
