FunGlass at the Global Advanced Materials & Surfaces International Conference 2022

Our researchers Assoc. prof. Mária Chromčíková, Dr. Aleksandra Nowicka and Dr. Branislav Hruška (CEGLASS, ITMS code 313011R453) successfully presented their scientific results  in poster session at the “Global Advanced Materials & Surfaces International Conference (GAMS 2022)”:

• Nowicka: Surface degradation study of historical crown glasses from 15th– 17th century
• Chromčíková: Thermomechanical properties of silicate and phosphate glasses
• Hruška: The surface layer study of binary glasses

GAMS 2022  took place from 15th to 17th June 2022 in Paris, France. Conference provides an opportunity to researchers and industry practitioners to share their new ideas, original research results and practical development experiences.It covers research results dealing with the in-depth understanding of the relationship between the structure, the properties or the functions of all types of materials  (metals and alloys, ceramics, polymers, glasses and many more).

The main objective the conference is to foster knowledge transfer and exchange of experiences amongst delegates with academic and industrial backgrounds.
