Empowering European Projects: Insights from REX REM Conference

During 5-6 March, 2024, our European Projects Team represented by Monika Šandrejová, Lucia Kuníková and Michaela Matejová joined the Closing conference of REX REM project that took place in Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava.

The theme of the conference was focused on Rising excellence in Research and Project management and Administration through close cooperation.

Conference consisted of presentations, discussions and interactive workshops sharing the best practice and relevant information for project management and administration.

Monika Šandrejová was invited to participate in the panel discussion “ Widening projects coordinated from Slovakia” moderated by Zuzana Reptová (NCP for  the Horizon Europe programme), Viltaré Platzner (Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava) and Eva Krištofová ( Slovak Academy of Sciences).

Before the panel discussion, Monika presented the Teaming project FunGlass and discussed its successes and the obstacles it encountered throughout its existence. Additionally, she introduced new Horizon Europe projects launched by the FunGlass center in 2023 and early 2024: GlaCerHub and CLiCAM where FunGlass serves as a coordinator, and EverGLASS, where FunGlass participates as a partner.
