FunGlass Research Featured in European Pharmaceutical Review

We are thrilled to announce that European Pharmaceutical Review (EPR), a leading resource for professionals in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors, recently featured our latest research.

The article, titled “Improving packaging integrity of pharmaceutical borosilicate glass vials”, highlights our work on “Ion-exchange enhancement of borosilicate glass vials for pharmaceutical packaging”. This study emphasizes the potential of our ion-exchange method to significantly improve the durability and chemical stability of borosilicate glass vials, addressing critical challenges like breakage and chemical degradation.

This groundbreaking research was carried out in collaboration between the FunGlass Centre and the University of Padova.
