FunGlass Centre has the ambition to become a member of European organisations investing in researchers’ talents, skills and career development by implementing the principles of the ‘European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers (C&C)‘. Implementation process of the Human resources strategy for researchers (HRS4R) is awarded by European Commission. HRS4R label ensures institution’s transition from progress to quality of the recruitment and appraisal procedures for researchers.
On 29th January, 2019, Andrea Stropková (Head of Administration Department) and Andrea Chrastinová (Manager of European project Office), participated in Information Day in Brussels in order to hear the recommendations and experiences of representatives from different European research or funding institutions. All the speakers reached the agreement that the implementation of the Charter & Code principles by research institutions render their workplaces and working conditions more attractive and incentive to researchers.
