FunGlass at IV Solid State Nuclear Magnetic Resonance and Applications School
From 28th to 30th of October this year, Dr. José V. Garcia, Dr. Anna Prnova and Dr. N. Kamble have participated in the IV Solid State Nuclear Magnetic Resonance and Applications School. The School was organized by our FunGlass project partner Institution Instituto de Ceramica y Vidrio of CSIC in Madrid, Spain. NMR School consisted on lectures given by national and international experts in the field, such as Prof. Dominique Massiot, of the CEMHTI-CNRS in France, and Prof. Leo Van Wüllen of the University of Augsburg, Germany. The lectures focused on important applications of NMR analysis in many kinds of glass, ceramics, biomaterials and other materials.
It will be a pleasure for FunGlass centre to welcome one of the speakers of this School – Dr. Francisco Muñoz at FunGlass School which will be held next week in Papradno. Dr. Francisco Muñoz is a co-author of the book: Application of NMR spectroscopy in the solid state.
