Meeting of investigators of the expiring project in CEITEC, Brno

On 27.10.2022 CEITEC Brno held a meeting of investigators of the expiring project  funded by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic (the programme INTER-EXCELLENCE, the subprogramme INTER-TRANFER) solved in the years 2018 – 2022.

The main goal of the project is the strengthening of the cooperation between both Centres (FunGlass and CEITEC) in the field of development of new transparent polycrystalline ceramic materials with luminescent properties, as well as development of new ceramic and glass/ceramic composite materials for structural and biomedical applications.

Prof. Dušan Galusek, Assoc. Prof. Róbert Klement, Dr. Ali Talimian and Dr. Monika Michálková participated for FunGlass,  Slovakia. Czech part was represented by project coordinator Prof. Karel Maca, Assoc. Prof. David Salamon, Dr. Katarina Drdlikova, Dr. Daniel Drdlik, and others. Project’s summary from both sides were given by presentations of A. Talimian and R. Klement  (from FunGlass) K. Maca, D. Salamon and others (CEITEC).
