PhD students – announcement regarding COVID 19 updated schedule of summer semester

Changes of PhD study schedule in short:

From the next week until mid-June, classes are taught exclusively in a distance form, contact lessons are prohibited.
PhD students may come to work in the laboratory if they maintain safety measures (face mask, safety distance, max 2 persons in the laboratory). All other activities to be done at home/dorm (evaluate data, study, etc.).
Dates:

Deadlines for PhD. admission interviews without change.
The problem with the late entry of foreign doctoral students is not yet resolved

Start of semester	10 – February
Easter holidays	09–14 – April
End of semester	30 – June
Examinations deadline	31 – August
Loading of dissertations to Registry and checking originality	till 13 – June
Study control	15-17 – June
Submission of dissertations (the thesis does not have to be given in hard cover)	15-17 – June
Deadline for application for permission of the dissertation defense	30 – June
Dissertation defense24	24–28 – August
