Prof. Dušan Galusek Elected Member of the Learned Society of Slovakia

We are proud to announce that Prof. Dušan Galusek, Director of FunGlass, has been elected as a member of the prestigious Learned Society of Slovakia.

The Learned Society of Slovakia is an association of leading Slovak and international academics, dedicated to advancing science and disseminating scientific knowledge. The society plays a vital role in representing Slovak science domestically and internationally, addressing ethical issues in research, promoting the application of research outcomes, and shaping the direction of research and education in Slovakia. It also collaborates with similar organizations worldwide and provides expert opinions on legislative and policy matters related to research, development, and innovation.

Prof. Galusek was officially inducted as a member during the Society’s General Assembly, held on November 20 in Bratislava, where he received a diploma confirming his membership.
