UNIPD trains our researchers

Department of Industrial Engineering of the University of Padova hosts our postdoctoral researcher Dr. Diana Carolina Lago  and doctoral student Ms. Fulden Dogrul.

Dr. Diana Carolina Lago works within the FunGlass Department of Coating Processes and she takes her one year training at UNIPD under supervision of prof. Enrico Bernardo. Her research work is aimed mainly on the preparation of yttrium aluminosilicate glasses YAS in different chemical composition.

Fulden is in last year of doctoral studies at FunGlass. She is involved in double degree program with University of Padova. After meeting the study conditions from both sides, FunGlass and UNIPD, and successful defence of her doctoral thesis, Fulden will gain double degree from these universities. Current Fulden´s training under supervision of prof. E. Bernardo covers the production of 3D printed Biosilicate-C composite scaffolds by means of direct ink writing (DIW) and stereolithography techniques.

The stays of both are supported by Horizon 2020 FunGlass project.
