Visiting scientist from Tomas Bata University at FunGlass
We are pleasured to host Dr. Milan Masař from the research group of Nanomaterials and Advanced Technologies at the Centre of Polymer Systems, Tomas Bata University in Zlin as a visiting scientist at FunGlass.
His Short-Term Scientific Mission was supported by the project LTT20010 entitled Surface functionalized glass: Concept of heterostructured nanoparticles inspired by artificial photosynthesis. He spent here the whole of May.
Dr. Milan Masař was supervised by Assoc. Prof. José Joaquín Velázquez García, the head of the Department of Functional Materials. The main objective of his stay was development and transfer of knowledge in the field of glass functionalization and investigation of heterostructured nanoparticles coated glass applicable for environmental application.
